◎简 介
在某个偏僻的小镇，神浦组大哥神浦玄洋（Lily Franky 饰）以其顽强的不死之身成为一方霸主。名叫影山亚喜良（市原隼人 饰）的青年仰慕大哥的威仪，渴望有朝一日也能成为贯彻人情和义理的极道大哥。某天，神浦被神父打扮的男人以及功夫高强的刺客狂犬残忍杀害，身在现场的影山一同遭到重创。直到此时他才知道，大哥的真身竟然是吸血鬼！神浦垂死之际，与影山完成了“换杯仪式”，将其转化为黑道吸血鬼。在此之后，神浦组大权落入二当家膳场壮介（高岛礼子 饰）之手，而他们所在的毘沙门仲通商店街也因影山的关系变成了一条黑道吸血鬼横行的可怕街区。 更为可怕的青蛙杀手即将到来，影山将带着他的吸血鬼大军展开血腥复仇……
