◎简 介
南州禁毒大队杨一鹏、之安等新老缉毒干警在“清剿行动”后继续围猎丰茂村在逃嫌犯牟森等人归案。2016年，杨一鹏紧盯落网后仍负隅顽抗的“清剿行动”首犯牟海东，一个神秘电话号码牵出三年前逃逸的制毒师牟森。警方逐步摸排出牟森重回南州的重要线索，阻止了其在海滩制毒的计划，打击了牟森团伙与香江买家的海上交易，取得阶段性胜利。倍受打击的牟森着手研制新型毒品“邮票”，隐蔽入市，危害年轻人群。杨一鹏化装侦察获重要线索，警方摧毁了远在湘南的制毒工厂。牟森不甘，收拢暗网大佬安迪，妄图在滇川重建毒品王国。杨一鹏与新警员之安感化牟森身边误入歧途的青年多仔成为线人，传递关键情报。杨一鹏与战友奔赴滇川，终将躲藏于暗网基地的牟森抓获，挫败其建立新毒品网络的企图。至此，三年多的围猎行动画上圆满句号。
