I know some have only Chinese subtitles.

some of dramas have no other subtitles expect Chinese.
However, all the subtitles in other languages are only posted in Chinese, leaving a request for suggestion like this.
Recently, most of them have only posted their own Chinese subtitles. -

增加其它国外语言和字幕会导致整体文件大小变大，制作的原则是看需求而定，不可能只为了个别少数人去专门制作的。
你需要更多的字幕或者语言，直接建议去外网在线，那里多语言多字幕的比较多，相对完整，如果追看国剧可能会稍慢或者缩减。
确实找不到，建议寻找你所在国度的专业转载字幕站，由于国家强大了，文化输出，个别国家近几年已经学习了我国，出现了专业的字幕组翻译了。你说的多语言多字幕的情况，一般多出现在国外电影或者剧集上，但是，这个也取决于制作者自己的选择。
假如你找不到这样的组织，建议你可以在国内专业字幕站找一下，英文版语言字幕相对很好找，找到了外挂上去即可实现你的要求。
