心理治疗大师米尔顿·艾瑞克森的学生萨德曾经参加一个专业会议，在会议里他没受到应有的尊重，艾瑞克森更是被批评得体无完肤，萨德忐忑不安地打电话告诉艾瑞克森发生的事，艾瑞克森咯咯笑说：“欢迎来到成人的世界！”

《欢迎来到成人的世界》是陆晨&乐队的第二张录音室专辑，乐队由原来的陆晨、朱8、苏勇、杨芾、PIPA五人编制，更加入了小提琴手朱玥老师，经过三年的打磨诞生了11首作品。

三年里，世界变幻，匪夷所思，从各种大惊小怪到如今见怪不怪，耳边听到的回声不是“躺平”就是“摆烂”，但我想，也许还有那么一种方式面对这个所谓成人的世界，像艾瑞克森那样听着学生打来的吐槽电话镇定自信地咯咯一笑。

那就，欢迎大家咯咯笑着来到《欢迎来到成人的世界》的世界吧。

Zeig, a student of psychotherapist Milton Erickson, once attended a professional conference where he wasn't treated with the respect he deserved, and Erickson was criticized even more. Zeig apprehensively called Erickson to tell him what had happened, and Erickson chuckled and said, "Welcome to the world of adults!"

"Welcome to the World of Adults" is the second studio album by Lu Chen & Band. The band, originally comprised of Lu Chen, Zhu 8, Su Yong, Yang Fu, and PIPA, has now added violinist Zhu Yue. After three years of refinement, 11 tracks were born.

In these three years, the world has changed dramatically, from all sorts of oddities to now, where nothing seems surprising anymore. The echoes in our ears are either "lying flat" or "going goblin mode". But I believe there might still be a way to face this so-called world of adults, just like Erickson calmly and confidently chuckling while listening to his student's complaints over the phone.

So, welcome to the world of "Welcome to the World of Adults", and remember to chuckle along.
