◎简 介
警察唐（格伦·福特 Glenn Ford 饰）爱上了风情万种的卡门（丽塔·海华斯 Rita Hayworth 饰），之后，卡门因为寻衅滋事而遭到了逮捕，唐放走了她。同样也在热烈的追求卡门的，还有唐的上司楚尼卡，唐因此和楚尼卡之间发生了严重的冲突，唐就此被逐出警队，加入了卡门的地下走私集团，走上了犯罪的道路。
唐的前女友米卡埃拉不忍心看到唐就这样误入歧途，于是前去劝说，与此同时，斗牛士埃斯卡米里奥也深深的爱上了卡门，唐和埃斯卡米里奥决定以决斗的方式来决定谁将拥有卡门。然而，卡门心中真正渴望的并不是男人，而是自由，当卡门拒绝了唐的求爱后，唐在愤怒之中杀死了卡门。
