　　夏恩是银行贷款专员，饱受爱的折磨，缺乏父爱的成长背景，与上司之间的婚外情，皆让她身心俱疲，了无生意。某日决定一死了断，登上银行楼顶，准备跳楼自尽，偏偏遇上银行抢案，遭抢匪之一的查理挟持为人质，要胁夏恩助他逃亡。夏恩因此与查理达成协议，在协助查理逃亡成功后，查理必须杀了她，以为报酬。然而成功脱困之后，查理拒绝履行承诺，反而希望夏恩坚强活下去，并答应将抢来的赃款，分一部份给夏恩。只是赃款在另一名同伙比利身上，他俩必须先将钱拿到手，同时躲避警方的追捕。途中两人渐渐了解彼此，夏恩发现查理也有一段伤心的过往，在彼此分享与鼓舞的逃亡路上，爱意油然而生，只是能否逃离警方严密的追缉，展开两人的新生活，却是个未知数
