◎简 介
历经无数挫折，干练果敢而又美丽乐观的鱼秀善（高雅拉 饰）终于通过警察公务员考试，如愿成为江南警察署的一名刑警，她和怀着深仇大恨的殷大邱（李胜基 饰）、散发着贵族气质的公子哥朴泰日（安宰贤 饰）以及偷奸耍滑胸无大志的池国（朴政民 饰）四个新人被分到徐判锡（车胜元 饰）组长带队的强力3组。徐组长神武英勇，是一名立下赫赫战功的优秀刑警，然而这四个性格各异且麻烦不断的新人菜鸟却着实让人犯了难，四人不仅状况不断，还时不时会破坏别的部门的行动。即便如此，徐组长还是决心要用三个月的时间好好调教他们。 伴随着艰苦卓绝的训练，各类案件时有发生，而大邱和秀善自身所追查的东西也渐渐浮出水面……
